  • What type of courses are offered?

    RFHHA Courses cover a wide range of subjects in Hospital and Healthcare Administration, Infection Control, Quality Management & Accreditation of healthcare facilities etc.

  • How are these courses offered?

    Courses are offered in Online mode on a Learning Management System platform. The courses are accessible 24 x 7 from anywhere allowing for own-time, self-paced study.

  • Is there a maximum duration within which a learner has to complete the course?

    Yes. The courses' content is measured in terms of number of hours required to complete. Since the courses are flexible in terms of access and allow for self-paced study by a learner liberal allowance of time is permitted.  Time limits applicable for each course are stated therein. These are also visible through Learner's account.

  • How is course content delivered?

    Course content is provided in the form of Video & audio recorded lectures, PDF/ word files/ documents, PowerPoint Slides, Live Video sessions, Articles and Quiz. Of course not all type of content can be provided in each course. Typically Video lectures, PDF files/ documents, PowerPoint Slides, Live Video sessions and Quiz are part of almost all courses.

  • How does a Learner interact or ask questions?

    During each lesson session the Learning System platform provides for asking questions. This is provided just below the video. Learners can ask their questions which are typically replied within 24 hours. There is also a Live session planned once per week where Learners can ask questions and interact with faculties. The registered Learners are provided with the link to the live session via WhatsApp / Message and email. Please provide correct phones / email IDs and verify these on registration page.

  • Will a Certificate be awarded?

    Yes. Course Certificates are awarded by RFHHA. In evaluated courses minimum qualifying marks to get Successful Completion Certificate is 60% failing which a Certificate of Participation only is awarded. Not all course are evaluated. Certificates will be awarded as 'soft-copy' and 'hard copy'. Please ensure correct postal address with PIN code is given to receive hard copy. 

  • What are the payment options? Is it safe?

    Payments on course site are collected via PayU payment gateway. The payment gateway is secured and accessible 24 x 7 in for payment via Netbanking, Credit / Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets. Almost all major banks and cards are supported. Payment gateway is safe for online transaction and course site is HTTPS with TLS/SSL encryption.

  • Can a review be given?

    Yes. Reviews are welcome from all learners and those visiting course site. Reviews need to conform to Review Guidelines.

  • What about the video quality?

    The videos are shot at an optimum resolution levels to ensure fast downloads at variety of internet access speeds across the country.  This optimization at times results in mild blurring of videos especially the ones with lectures. It has however been ensured that there is no loss of clarity and a good viewing experience is ensured.

  • I could not complete the course in allotted time. Is it possible to extend time period?

    We encourage each learner to complete the course within stipulated time duration allotted. This is also shown in the Learner's account. In case the course could not finished owing to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, a request must be made to extend the time period by writing to us at masterclass@rfhha.org. Each request is considered on merits.
